As part of our service, we provide advertized lump sum, sealed bid timber and property sales.
In this competitive buyer process, prospectuses are presented to known interested buyers. The prospectus presents the property and / or timber for sale, along with the terms of sale and relevant information. At the specified time, the sealed bids are opened.
